Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve morning and we were unable to fix it ourselves. I called Buckeye and they were here within 30 minutes. The servicemen were courteous and prompt and did a great job. They charged the fee that was quoted on the phone and nothing else, even though they also had to use water pressure to resolve the problem.
I would use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
Buckeye rearranged their schedule to accommodate my main sewer back up. They came out and had it cleared after 2.5 hours. I couldn’t be happier! They hooked everything back up in my laundry room too! I was really fearing for the worst after a previous plumber seemed to get nowhere.
Excellent service from start to finish. Office was able to answer any questions while exploring options, and explained pricing up front. The guys arrived as scheduled, and handled all of the demo and installation of our new water softening system.
They explained everything on the new equipment, and demonstrated the various functions clearly. They tested the system and made sure everything was completed, and the work area cleaned of any debris before leaving.

Buckeye Plumbing was fabulous to work with. We moved from Well Water to hooking up to City Water. The entire team made the process as seamless as possible, very knowledgeable, kind, explained things well and did an incredible job. Sherry at the office was a big help -- she worked with me on getting estimates and setting up my payments. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to hook up to City Water or for any other plumbing need.
My drain backed up 2 weeks ago and I used another company but the problem returned last night. Buckeye came with a camera today and found where it was blocked, cleaned it and all is fixed. Patrick and Derek were super patient and explained everything to me at a reasonable price. I will never use anyone else, ever! Thank you.
I am so happy I called Buckeye. Needed a gas line ran 120' to my garage and after 3 quotes Buckeye was by far the best price. They were also extremely nice and professional. I am so excited that I have gas out in my external garage now and can put in a heater. I did not think I would be able to make this happen and I am so excited going into winter I have heat now. Thank you guys so much this made my year. In addition they were able to clear a drain out that I could not figure out at all without any problems.

I needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon and called 3 different plumbers. This company was the only one who was willing to come out and fix the backed up drain in my basement. Patrick was very professional and I give him and Buckeye Plumbing 5 stars! I would certainly recommend them and will use them again, if needed.
Called Buckeye Plumbing on a Friday afternoon. They sent a guy out that day within the hour. Patrick was very professional and spot on with the problem. Honest and hard working are traits that you do not see much these days. These guys are both. Will definitely use this company from here on out for all my plumbing needs. Buckeye Plumbing is excellent and I highly recommend them! I had a washer in our basement that the drain would overflow and back up onto the floor - Buckeye Plumbing's staff was very friendly, on-time and fixed our drain issue that day. They replaced all the pipes from the washer to our main sewer line and our problems were resolved and very cost effective. Since that job, I've purchased a hot water heater from them and had it installed as well (again done within hours - painless) and had them redo the plumbing in our master bath with all new fixtures.

I want to say "THANK YOU" !! I called with a real emergency and Alex was here in 1/2 hour! He tackled the problem, bound and determined to get to the cause instead of just "short-cutting" ! He and Tyler who came to help were so courteous and hard workers.
